As one of the largest universities in the country, the University Of Johannesburg has over 90 researchers and 48,000 students currently enrolled. The university also has a broad selection of extra mural activities ranging from arts to sports.

Between 2010 – 2015 the university has also been ranked amongst the best African universities by organisations such as the Academic Ranking Of World Universities, Times Higher Education World University Rankings and the QS Global Business Schools Report.
