Cell-C has launched an exciting new fibre-to-the-home service, known as ‘C-Fibre’ and plans to extend its fibre reach dramatically.
Today, Cell C,one of SA’s top service providers launched a fibre-to-the-home service, available in three options.
‘C-Fibre’ is an uncapped service and was the brain child of both Cell-C and partner Vumatel. As of today, the service will be available to customers in the Vumatel footprint.
Cell C CEO Jose Dos Santos said, “In a world where content and technology are converging, customers are going to need high-speed and unrestricted access that will allow them to keep pace with their content consumption.”
Cell C is also in discussions with other fibre network operators to extend the fibre service reach in order to give access to all customers across South Africa.
C-Fibre is available in the following options;
- C-Fibre 20Mbps – R899 per month
- C-Fibre 50Mbps – R1149 per month
- C-Fibre 100Mbps – R1499 per month
All offerings include free installation (valued at R1710), free connection (valued at R999) as well as a free Wi-Fi router with LTE failover (valued at R1799).
